  1. Awesome. You are correct SIMPLE FOOD that is delicious. I like to cook but not spend some much time standing to cut up veggies and cook.I tried so many of your recioes. Thank you for explaining the ingredients and how to prepare them?. Package direction not always in English. 🙂

  2. You’re a week too late Flo, I could have done with this recipe last week as I made chicken chow mein last Wednesday 🤣. Looks a lot better than the recipe I used. I will use this recipe next time. Thank you, I hope it’s going in the noodle book.

  3. I'll say great job again. Add vegetables that are perhaps also blanched and of suitable size into the mix and you have a healthy balanced nutritional meal. Flo Lum has given a perfect example of how to use that which is at hand in a super efficient manner. That being said , I agree chicken thigh because though it may be a little more costly and more cumbersome it is worth the cost because fatty tissue is addition energy. Regardless of the current turmoil, if we use our brains then we don't have to eat poorly.

  4. Thank you so much for your economical cooking ideas! So many of your recipes have quickly gone into my weekly rotation. Can’t wait to try this one. May I ask the size of the wok you’re using? Where do you buy a wok like that? The one I have is terrible – everything sticks to it.

  5. If you want a really economical substitute, I use the ramen noodles. It's really hard to find any kind of fresh noodle where I am so I started using ramen and think it's a great substitute. In San Francisco the Chinese restaurants call the noodle cake with the gravy mixture on top call it Hong Kong style chow mein.
