Bay leaf – 1 nos.
Cloves – 4 nos.
Peppercorns – 8-10 nos.
Mace (Javitri) – 4-5 strands
Salt to taste
Garam Masala – 1.5 tsp
Kashmiri Mirch – 1 tbsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
GG Paste – 1 tbsp
Tomato Puree – 1/2 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
Kasuri Methi – 1.5 tsp
