Curd / dahi – 1 cup
Mustard oil – 80 ml.
Salt – 1.1/2 tsp.
Turmeric /Haldi powder- 1 tsp.
Red chilli powder /Lal mirchi powder- 1tsp.
Coriander powder / Dhaniya powder – 1tsp.
Cinnamon stick / Dalchini – 2
Clove / Laung – 4
Green cardamom / Hari elaichi – 4
Potatoes / Aloo – 2 big size
Eggs / Aande – 3
Water / Pani ( for gravy ) – As needed .
