Chicken Marination Ingredients:-

200gm Oil
200gm Onion
1 Kg Chicken
200gm Curd
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Tbsp Crushed Green Chilli
1 Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
2 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Biryani Masala
1 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
⅕ Tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Pinch Orange Food Colour

Chicken Cooking Process:-

6 Cloves
1 Tsp Black Pepper Corn
1 Flower Maice
1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
2 Black Cardmom
2 Star Anise
1 Tsp Cumin
2 Bay Leaf
4 Green Chilli
1 Handful Coriander Leaves

Boiled Rice Ingredients:-

4 Litre Water
1 Star Anise
1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Black Cardmom
4 Cloves
10 Black Pepper Corn
4 Green Cardmom
2 Bay Leaf
4 Tbsp Salt
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Handful Coriander Leaves
1 Lemon Juice
1 Kg Rice

Biryani Making Ingredients:-

4 Drops Kewra Water
4 Drops Biryani Essence
¼ Tsp Orange Food Colour
1 Tbsp Green Chilli Pickle
2 Green Chilli
1 Handful Fried Onion
1 Cup Rice Water
1 Handful Coriander Leaves
