Very nicely shown recipe. I make it with green chillies, ginger garlic paste and black pepper powder..all other ingredients similar to yours. That also comes out well and will be almost black in coloyr.
A semi gravy version can be made by grinding roasted onions, garlic, ginger and green chillies into a paste. Add cumin powder, pepper powder, Dhania powder and garam masala.
