Method:
1. Marinate Keema: • In a bowl, mix the chicken keema with ginger garlic paste, yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, and salt. Set aside. 2. Prepare Cooking Base: • In a wide pot, heat ghee or oil along with butter. • Add cumin seeds, green cardamom, and cinnamon sticks. • Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent. 3. Prepare Paste: • Blend garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, mint leaves, and green chilies into a paste. • Add the paste to the pot and cook until the raw smell disappears. 4. Cook Keema: • Add the marinated keema mixture to the pot and stir well. • Add additional red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and coriander powder. • Add chopped tomatoes and cover with a lid. Cook until the tomatoes are mushy. 5. Finish and Garnish: • Adjust seasoning as needed. • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serving:
• Serve hot with pav (bread rolls) and a side of onion rings, lemon wedges, and green chilies.
