    Ingredients:

    • For the Keema:
    • 1.2 kg chicken keema
    • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
    • 1/3 cup yogurt
    • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    • 2 tablespoons red chili powder
    • 1 tablespoon garam masala
    • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
    • 2 tablespoons coriander powder
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • Salt, as needed
    • For the Cooking Base:
    • 4 tablespoons ghee or oil
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
    • 4-5 green cardamom pods
    • 2 cinnamon sticks
    • 6-7 medium-sized onions, chopped
    • For the Paste:
    • 7-8 garlic cloves
    • 1 piece of ginger
    • Handful of coriander leaves
    • Handful of mint leaves
    • 2-3 green chilies
    • Additional Spices:
    • 1/2 tablespoon red chili powder
    • 1 tablespoon garam masala
    • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
    • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
    • Additional Ingredients:
    • 4-5 medium-sized tomatoes, chopped
    • Chopped coriander leaves for garnish

    Method:

    1. Marinate Keema:
    • In a bowl, mix the chicken keema with ginger garlic paste, yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, and salt. Set aside.
    2. Prepare Cooking Base:
    • In a wide pot, heat ghee or oil along with butter.
    • Add cumin seeds, green cardamom, and cinnamon sticks.
    • Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
    3. Prepare Paste:
    • Blend garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, mint leaves, and green chilies into a paste.
    • Add the paste to the pot and cook until the raw smell disappears.
    4. Cook Keema:
    • Add the marinated keema mixture to the pot and stir well.
    • Add additional red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and coriander powder.
    • Add chopped tomatoes and cover with a lid. Cook until the tomatoes are mushy.
    5. Finish and Garnish:
    • Adjust seasoning as needed.
    • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

    Serving:

    • Serve hot with pav (bread rolls) and a side of onion rings, lemon wedges, and green chilies.

"agar aap ko pata ho k aap kya kar rahe ho toh ye asani se ban jata hai" pakate samay hame pata nahi hota kya k hum kya kar rahe hain…? Butter chicken kab se asaan hogaya aur qeema kab se ittttna mushkil hogaya…..!!! Rocket science jitna…
