¼ tsp red pepper flakes

Sauce
1 avocado
½ cup mayo
½ cup sour cream
2 Tbsp buttermilk
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried cilantro
Smoke at 250F for about 1-1.5 hours or until 165F internally.
