Chicken: 700 gram
Yogurt: 100 gram
Ginger and garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Now rest it for 30 minutes

Oil : 1 tbsp
Onion: 1 large size
Cashew: 10 to 12
Fresh chili : 2 to 3
Water : 1 cup

Butter : 1 tbsp
Oil: 3 tbsp
Cloves/loung: 4-5
Black pepper: 5-6
Cinnamon/darchini: 1
Cardamom/elaichi: 2-3
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tsp
Marinated chicken
Mix well on medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes
Now cover it and cook it on low medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes
Mixed onion paste
Salt : 1/2 tsp
White chili powder : 1 tsp
Coriander powder : 1 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes
Hot water : 1 glass (300 ml)
Cream : 1/2 cup
Roasted fenugreek :1 tbsp
Garam masala powder : 1/4 tsp
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 1 to 2 minutes
Crushed black pepper : 6 to 7
