Boneless Chicken 500grm
Salt to taste
Ginger Garlic paste 1tsp
Soya sauce 1tsp
Red chillie powder 1tsp
Cornflour 1tbs
Maida 1tbs
Vineger 2tsp
Oil for frying
Chopped Ginger 1tbs
Chopped Garlic 1tbs
Chopped Green n Red chillies
Chopped Onions 1cup
Soya sauce 2tsp
Vineger 1tbs
Red chillie sauce 1tbs
Ketchup 1tbs
Sugar 1tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped Capsicum 2tbs
Corinder leaves handful
Cornflour 1tbs +1/2cup water for slury
Wow!!! Add little more soya, to get darker color? Yum! Will try it out.
