    🌿 Ingredients
    1 kg chicken (cut pieces)
    4 tbsp oil
    ½ tsp shahi zeera
    3 green cardamom (elachi)
    4 cloves (laung)
    1 bay leaf
    3 onions (sliced)
    2 green chilies (slit)
    2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    1 tsp turmeric powder
    Salt (to taste)
    1½ tbsp red chili powder
    1 tbsp coriander powder
    ½ tsp black pepper powder
    1 tbsp chicken masala
    Fresh coriander (chopped)

    🔥 Method
    Heat oil in a pan and add shahi zeera, cardamom, cloves, and bay leaf. Add onions and green chilies, sauté until golden brown. Mix in ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute. Add chicken pieces and cook on high flame for 5 minutes. Add turmeric and salt, cook until oil separates. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, and chicken masala. Mix well and cook until chicken and masala blend together. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with roti or rice.
