For masala :
2 large sized onions
4 green chillies
2 medium sized Tomatoes

1kg chicken
½ tsp peppercorns,
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
5 green cardamom
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp pepper powder
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1½ tsp salt
1 cup (200grm) curd
½ tsp garam masala
1 tbsp dry Fenugreek leaves
¼ cup fresh cream
½ cup oil

For Tadka :
2 tbsp clarified butter
5-6 green chillies

*some chopped coriander for garnishing
