Serves 6-8
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Dahi (Yogurt) ¾ Cup
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp
-Chaat masala ½ tbs
-Haldi (Turmeric) powder ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Orange food color 1/8 tsp
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) crushed ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tbs or to taste
-Chicken mix boti 800g
-Baisan (Gram flour) 1 Cup
-Cornflour ¼ Cup
-Baking powder ½ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tsp
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Safed til (Sesame seeds) ¼ Cup
-Cooking oil for frying

Direction:
-In a bowl,add yogurt,ginger garlic paste,soy sauce,lemon juice,red chilli powder,coriander seeds,chaat masala,turmeric powder,red chilli crushed,cumin seeds,black pepper,orange food colour,carom seeds, pink salt & whisk well.
-Add chicken,mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour.
-Add gram flour,cornflour,baking powder,fresh coriander & mix well.
-Add water & mix well.
-Add sesame seeds & mix well.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on low flame until golden.
-Serve with green chutney.

-Bowl mein dahi,adrak lehsan paste,soy sauce,lemon juice,lal mirch powder,sabut dhabia,chaat masala,haldi powder,lal mirch crushed,zeera,kali mirch crushed,orange food color,ajwain aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya marinate ker lein.
-Baisan,cornflour,baking powder aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Safed til dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Green chutney ka saath serve karein!

  1. Note: it was good
    Definitely use less spices; around 1sp crushed chillies and 1/3 tsp ground chillies for half kg and use little less yogurt
    After putting gram flour and other stuff, leave it for 15min before frying
    Use medium high flame for boneless chicken
    And sesame seeds put on top of each piece when frying
