I'm italian and we cook tomato sauce MUCH longer, the longer the better actually especially when there is meat in it, the tomatoes taste "raw" and it's disgusting, I'm sorry just my opinion!

Well i kind of already do my pasta like this and just call it pasta with meat sauce, turkey preferably. I’m really missing the breaded chicken here but other than that I love this! This was fun to watch.
What a fucking bimbo… Saying that no one got time to make fucking tomato sauce on a daily basis, it's the easiest thing ever.
I can make one in 5-10 minutes easy.
You fry garlic. You add the minced chicken. You add tomato sauce. That’s it. Not really worth making a video for. Nothing special about this dish imo.

I have tried a lot of ground poultry and it is never good. There is nothing like getting a succulent bite of a well brined piece of chicken smothered in red sauce with a bit of crispy parm on top. Sorry, Donal, but this isn't good. (And I cook from scratch every day)

So all you did was make regular bolognese but change the beef mince meat to chicken, I do this all the time and it really doesnt taste like chicken parm at all but just a healthier option
