✨ This Summer CHICKEN PASTA SALAD 🍗🥗 with tzatziki dressing is perfect for a quick, light lunch, dinner, or as a side for your summer BBQ 🔥☀️

And it’s packed with protein ❤️💪

🛒 You’ll need:
• 200 g pasta (uncooked)
• 2 chicken breasts (seasoned with paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder)
• Halloumi cheese
• 200 g cherry tomatoes
• 1/2 red onion
• 1/2 can sweet corn

For the tzatziki dressing:
• 1/3 grated cucumber
• 200 g Greek yogurt or sour cream
• Fresh dill
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Olive oil

👉 How to make it:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
2. Season and pan-fry chicken, let cool, then cut into cubes.
3. Dice and pan-fry halloumi, let cool.
4. Chop onion, tomatoes, make the dressing, and mix everything together.
