Chicken Pesto Pasta Recipe 👇

This is glorious!! It has a kind of Paella vibe. I can’t believe how well it worked out. Managed to get the amount of liquid right first go and the choice of orzo was perfect. 48g of protein!!

Nutrition – 500 kcal (48P, 48C, 14F)

Ingredients

50g orzo (or other pasta)
100g chicken breast (cooked)
100g Greek yogurt (0%)
20g green pesto
50g spinach
100ml chicken stock
10g Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Method –

1. Preheat your oven

2. Add the pasta, chicken, spinach, yogurt and stock. Mix it about making sure the pasta is moist.

3. Top with Parmesan, salt and pepper.

4. Bake for 40 minutes at 180C (360F)

We’ve been eating pesto pasta as a family for years and this is superior. The melty cheesy thing on top.
