Chicken Rice
Ingredients
Boneless chicken – 250 grams
Cooked Rice (200 grams)

Curd – 1 tbl spoon
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Few drops of lemon juice
Chilli powder – 1½ teaspoon
Ghee– 1 tbl spoon
Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Egg – 2
Pepper – ¾ teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt
