1 tsp – Dried Thyme
A pinch of Nutmeg Powder
2 tbsp – Worcestershire Sauce
Salt (as per taste)

Alternate of white wine
Stroganoff is actually made with beef. You can't get the same taste with chicken simply because chicken doesn't have the same amount of fat as beef.
