Chicken Tikka Kabab Recipe (Indian non veg starter) – Chicken Recipe



In this video i am going to make Chicken Tikka kababs.
Chicken Tikka Kabab is one of the most popular chicken dish in India.Tikka means bits, pieces or chunks. It is traditionally small pieces of boneless chicken marinate with yogurt and fresh spices baked using skewers in a clay-based oven called a tandoor.It is typically eaten with green coriander served with onion rings and lemon. You can serve as a starter in any party or use as a main dish in preparing a chicken tikka masala gravy. Lets see how to make this delicious chicken tikka kababs.

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken into cubes
Thick yogurt 3-4 spoon
Red chilli powder 1 spoon
Garam masala powder 1/2 spoon
Kasuri methi powder 1/2 spoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
Salt 1 spoon
Oil 3 spoon
Lime juice 2 spoon
Coriander powder 1 spoon
Red food color 1/4 spoon
Onion pieces cut into chunks
Bel paper cut into chunks
Tomato cut into chunks
Bamboo skewers 4-5 (soaked in water)
Method:
First mix all the spices and yogurt together and mix it up.Add food color in it.Now mix the chicken pieces with the spices mix and also mix the veges tomato, bel papers and that onion chunks into the chicken and mix it very well.Now set aside for at least 30 minutes.After 30 minutes Now its time to put the marinated chicken and veges into the bamboo skewers.Take a skewers and first put one piece chicken then put one piece bel paper then put one piece onion and then put one piece tomato.Again repeat the same process until complete the one bamboo skewers.Now keep the chicken skewers into the baking tray. Now Put little amount of oil in the top of the chicken. Chicken skewers are ready to go into the oven.Preheated the oven in 200 degree for 10 minutes.Now bake the chicken tikka in 200 degree for 35-40 minutes.Serve in hot with green chutney in any party or get together.I am sure every one will love this chicken tikka.Enjoy…
