chicken Tikka Masala
Ingredients
Boneless chicken – 300 grams
Curd – 2 tbl spoon
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 teaspoon (for colour)
Red chilli powder – 1½ teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1½ teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1½ teaspoon
Garam masala – 1½ teaspoon
Pepper powder – ¼ teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste – 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Lemon – 1 teaspoon
Butter – 1 tbl spoon
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Finely chopped onion – 2
Paste of 2 tomatoes
Water (approx. 150 ml)
Fresh cream – 4 tbl spoon
Salt
Kasuri methi – ½ teaspoon

Can I skip cream
Instead of fresh cream can we add some milk
