Coat you chicken in the seasoning and garlic whilst its raw and if you have the time leave it to marinade as well. Put it in the pan whilst its damn got and dont touch the chicken until you get a good sear and boom you have flavor

Looks nice but Id advise searing and sealing off the chicken before adding the garlic, too long in the pan and it might burn and taste a little acrid. If you put the chicken in first you can use a higher heat and get a nice sear
