3 chikoos (sapota) (peeled and deseeded)
5 dates (pitted)
2 tbsp Oats
1 tbsp choco chips (for garnish).
Instructions:
Soak chia seeds: Let them sit in water for 5-10 minutes until they expand.
Blend smoothie: In a blender, add milk, chikoo, dates,oats and Ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
Serve & garnish: Pour into a glass and top with chocolate chips.
