Burrito size flour tortilla
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups Frito corn chips (whatever amount you can fit into the burrito)
1/3 fresh Jalapeño diced
1/2 cup chili
For chili
1 lb ground beef
6 oz can tomato paste
2 1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
4 tbs chili powder
2 tsp salt
2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
2 tsp distilled white vinegar
1 tbs onion powder
In a saucepan combine the tomato paste and water over medium heat. Stir until smooth. Add cayenne pepper ‚chili powder,salt,vinegar and onion powder and stir. Heat to a boil mix in 2 tsp of cornstarch with 1/4 cup of cold water and pour into saucepan and stir. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes or until thick remove from heat.
