Baked Chili Cheese Dog Recipe

1 pack of favorite hotdogs
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
1/2 yellow onion (diced)
1 1/2 cups of beef broth
1 pack of hot dog buns
1-2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
4 tbs chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbs olive oil

In a pot over medium high heat, heat oil and add onion sautΓ© for 1 minute add ground beef and break beef down. Add all dry seasonings and mix to combine cook until completely done drain ground beef and add it back to the pot add beef broth and mix to combine then add Worcestershire sauce mix to combine reduce heat and allow to reduce for 40-45 minutes until liquid has evaporated.
Cook hotdogs as you normally would once done build chili cheese dog as seen in this video bake in oven at 350 until cheese has melted. Plate and serve Enjoy!
