Ingredients:
500 gm boneless chicken
10 curry leaves
2 slitted green chilies
1 cup sliced green capsicum (Green Bell Pepper)
1 cup cubed white spring onion
1/2 cup finely chopped green spring onion
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
1/4 tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
2 tbsp Corn flour
5 tbsp All purpose Flour (Maida)
4 tbsp finely chopped garlic
2 tbsp finely chopped ginger
1 egg
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

That dish looks AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! I imagine that it is SPICY HOT LIKE FIRE as well! Tomorrow I am planning on making some Chili Chicken at home and I am running through some of the recipes on You Tube to see what's out there and what appeals to me. Your recipe looks like a winner!
