Ingredients – makes 5/6
2 Rump steaks (450-500g)
100g Baby Chestnut Mushrooms, halved or veg of your choice
1 Large red onion, cut into chunks

Dry seasoning –
1 tsp each of the following -Smoked paprika, crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp each of the following – onion granules, garlic granules
1/4 tsp Sea salt

1 1/2 tbsp Cooking oil

For the sauce –
40g Salted butter
1 tsp Garlic, minced
1 Red chilli, seeds discarded and finely diced
10g Fresh parsley, roughly chopped

*Wooden skewers

Method
Step 1 – Cut the rump steaks into 2 inch cubes and place them in a large bowl. Add the dry seasonings to bowl, and gently mix to coat well.

Step 2 – On a skewer, pierce through a mushroom, onion wedge then a steak piece, continue as seen in the reel. You should have 3-4 pieces of steak on each skewer.

Step 3 – Add the cooking oil to a large pan on high heat. Once it is smoking, place the skewers in. I cook them on each side for 5-6 minutes (10-12 minutes in total). Or you can cook them to your preferred doneness. Transfer to a plate and let them rest.

Step 4 – On low heat, To the same pan, (keeping in all juices from the kebabs), add the butter, once melted add the garlic and chillies, sauté until fragrant then stir in the fresh parsley and remove from the heat. Pour the butter over the kebabs and serve! Enjoy
