Oven at 275*F for 2 1/2 hours

ingredients:
3-4 lbs boneless pork shoulder
1 tbsp lard
4 Chile Pasilla
4 Chile guajillo
4 Chile arbol
1/2 white onion
5 garlic cloves
3 whole cloves
3 bay leaves
10 all spice berries
1/2 tsp whole cumin
1 tsp Mexican oregano
1 tsp whole black pepper
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 1/2 freshly squeezed orange juice
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp lard
Salt I used 1 tbsp
Ground black pepper I used 2 tsp
