Chimichurri Steak Pasta That Everyone Will Love | Blackstone Griddles Recipes



Today’s episode of CJ’s first cooking show is a special meal. CJ is recreating a recipe from one of Griddle Nation’s top cooks, Leland Goodman of Off The Chain Cooking. The recipe is for a chimichurri flank steak pasta dish that is full of flavor. The flank steak is marinated in a tangy, herbaceous chimichurri sauce, then cooked to perfection on a Blackstone griddle. The steak is sliced and served over pasta, making for a delicious and satisfying meal.

  3. Nathan, you have your own show, stop interjecting so much. I’m sure it’s not something everyone picks up on but I can see the absolute frustration in cj’s face in some episodes when he’s constantly interrupted or is trying to get something out and you’re trying to riff with some little one liners n what not.

    Otherwise, love the show and you guys rock.

  5. Steven Raichlen might be coming for you guys!!!🧐 That recipe is in his book. I've been doing this recipe since 2003 out of his book. But just to make you feel better it was a London broil steak and no pasta 🤪🤣👊
