Recipe is below:
CHINESE BBQ PORK SPARERIBS FULL RACK 中式烤排骨食谱
6 lbs. pork spareribs full rack
12 to 18 tablespoons Chinese soybean sauce or soybean paste
3 to 4 tablespoons light soy sauce aka regular soy sauce
3 tablespoons Chinese oyster sauce
3 to 4 tablespoons tomato sauce or ketchup
2 tablespoon honey (or 2 tablespoons maltose sugar mixed with 1 tablespoons boiling water)
1 tablespoon maltose stir in 3 tablespoons boiling water
1 tablespoon red beet powder (or 1/2 teaspoon red color)
Mix all the ingredients together. Maltose can be mixed in. Honey can be mixed in now or basted in the 15 to 20 minutes. Spread mixture on both sides of the full rack of spareribs. Put spareribs on a rack in a baking tray.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rule of thumb is to bake spareribs for 15 minutes per lb. My 6 lbs. of ribs took about 90 minutes to cook but slightly longer is o.k.
Spread honey on spareribs and finish baking the last 15 to 20 minutes. Let spareribs cool off for 10 or more minutes. Then cut into individual ribs to serve. Enjoy!

I think if you cook them out of the foil for ten mins then it would be better with some burnt bits at the end. Good recipe.
Dan, this may very well be the most delicious dish you have featured on the channel. And that is saying a lot because you have had a lot of delightful, delectable dishes.
I have been following you for a few years now but have only tried 2 recipes from you. It's time to try more.
Thanks Dan. They look delicious. 😋
Tonight I made your Chicken & Broccoli with garlic black bean sauce recipe. Marinated the chicken for 6 hours, and I added a little cauliflower and carrots as well, with a Long Grain rice & Jasmin rice combo. Delicious as always.
Thank you for sharing this recipe with us I ought to try it
More videos please
This sounds awesome! I'm going to try this recipe. I'd like to see how it might turn out in a low and slow smoker at 225 degrees with a lite apple or cherry wood smoke. Thanks Dan!
