CHINESE FRIED CHICKEN| recipe



4 leg quarters brine in
6 cups water
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp sugar

broth
3 cups water
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Chinese rice wine
3 star anise
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice
4 tbsp sugar
6 slices Chopped ginger
4 cloves sliced garlic
2 stalks green onions

  1. Hi well tried it today.. its simple and awesome recipe.The only thing that I changed on the recipe was deep frying…it was a very shallow frying yet the same texture and taste…Thanks to Candy for all that… ..hope I can share those pictures..🤠
