Chinese soup with pork roll❤️‍🔥

Ingredients:

For the Braised Meat:
• Pork
• Olive oil
• Ginger
• Garlic
• Green onions
• Cane sugar
• Sweet Chinese wine
• Soy sauce
• Water
• Teriyaki sauce

For the Broth:
• Chicken
• Radish
• Ginger
• Green apple
• White onion
• Garlic
• Leek
• Star anise
• Pork skin
• Water
• Seaweed
• Miso paste
• Hondashi

Additional:
• Eggs
• Mushrooms (Shiitake, Shimeji)
• Nori
• Ramen spaghetti
• Green onions (for serving)

Instructions:

1. Use a blowtorch to char the pork skin until blackened, then scrape off the burnt parts with a knife. Cut off the skin and wrap the meat into a roll, tying it with kitchen twine. Sear on all sides in olive oil, then transfer to an oven-safe pot.

2. Meanwhile, place the chicken in the oven for 40 minutes at 190°C (375°F).

3. To the meat roll, add chopped ginger, garlic, green onions, cane sugar, Chinese wine, soy sauce, and boiling water (first add it to the pan where the meat was seared, then pour into the pot). Place in the oven for 2–2.5 hours at 190°C (375°F).

4. For the broth, place sliced lotus root, green apple, ginger, white onion, leek, garlic, star anise, chicken (cut into pieces), pork skin, boiling water, and seaweed in a pot.

5. Prepare the eggs using sous-vide technique.

6. Make cuts in the Shiitake mushrooms and sauté them with Shimeji mushrooms in olive oil, then sprinkle with coarse salt.

7. Remove the meat from the oven. Slice into pieces and place on a plate, then brush with teriyaki sauce and char with a blowtorch.

8. In another pot, strain the broth through a sieve, add miso paste and hondashi. Cook the spaghetti in this broth.

9. Assemble the dish. In a deep bowl, place the spaghetti, meat, mushrooms, sous-vide eggs, nori, pour over the broth, and sprinkle with green onions.

Esta señora tiene que ser multimillonaria para hacer todos esto porque un pobre no puede hacer esto ya que apena alcanza para pagar renta con lo que ella gasta para compra flora con ese dinero pago yo renta, el carro, seguro, comida, ropa zapatos y me sobra dinero para ir de paseo. 😢que lo disfrute que al que Dios se lo dio san Pedro se lo bendiga señora que todas su familia lo disfrute, no se lo estoy envidiando todos está precioso y mirarla a usted con ese amor que lo a se me encanta.
