Chocolate Banana Cake

Chocolate Banana Cake Recipe👇

Absolutely sensational!! The structure is wild given it has no flour. Two key things. You need ripe bananas and you want to let it cool then refrigerate before eating. I made it into eight slices of about 100 calories each. Don’t forget the baking powder (I forgot to film it). Probably use a stick blender for best results.

Nutrition – 8 x 100kcal (7P, 17P, 2F) + 2g fibre

4 ripe bananas (350g flesh)
3 medium eggs
250g cottage cheese (0%)
30g cocoa
30g maple syrup
2 tsp baking powder

So simple!! Throw it all in bowl and mix with a whisk or ideally a stick blender (blender works). Transfer to a baking tin cook for 45 minutes at 180C (360F). The allow to cool and store in the fridge before eating.

Note : you need really ripe bananas for best results. You could probably bake it in more of a flat tray like a brownie too. That would work great
