These Chocolate Brownies are irresistible!

Recipe:

Ingredients –

Dark Chocolate 150g (1 cup)
Butter 60g (¼ cup)
2 Eggs (medium size)
Brown Sugar 120g (½ cup)
Plain Flour 35g (4 tablespoons)
Cocoa powder 10g (1 ½ tablespoons)
Nuts 50g (⅓ cup)
More Chocolate pieces (optional)

Measuring cup size – 240ml

Method –

Melt the dark chocolate and the butter in the microwave for about 1 minute.
Mix well.
Now add the Eggs and the Brown sugar.
Whisk for about 1 minute.
Add the Plain Flour and the Cocoa.
Mix with a spatula or spoon until well combined.
Add the nuts and fold gently

Baking pan 20×20 cm (8×8 inch)

Bake in a preheated oven at 175c (350f) for 20-25 minutes
