  1. Hi Dani! I am a huge fan and have tried so many of your recipies and they are helping me stay motivated on my Weight Watchers journey. (I have lost 97 #s woohoo!) So a huge thank you! I do have a question or two for you if you could help me–first I am going to try the brownie recipe here (which is 3 pts on ww per serving and so healthy–I will sub Vermont Maid Sugar Free Syrup for the Maple Syrup though. I really want to try the mug cake but i don't own a microwave–can I cook this in the air fryer or my conventional oven? Also can I sub unsweetened applesauce for the coconut oil in the mug cake? I will probably try these things on my own anyway as most things are trial and error and I'm always something things out to fit my neeeds. Thak you so much for everything! Such a sweet fun channel like you! God bless you and your family!!!

  2. Dani I added Stevia instead of Maple syrup and extra half egg …. still came out ok. ( came out sweeter than it should have coz I put in a spoon &a half of stevia )but still nice

  3. Hi I absolutely love you and your recipes.
Wanted to ask you two questions 1) this mug recipe…can I make it in the oven? How long would I bake and at what temperature? 2) this delicious cookies…what can I substitute instead of 1 to 1 Bob's baking flour
    Ty!!

  4. If the brownie recipe calls for 1/2 cup of coconut flour, I'm assuming I can substitute that for 2 cups of almond flour? But does that mean I still leave it with 3 eggs or should I be adjusting that too?

Of course I could always go out and buy some but I'd rather use what I have!

  5. So far I made the avocado 🥑 brownies, and the chocolate cookies. The avocado brownies were delicious but ur right about eating them cold. When u eat then cold they taste waaaaaaaayyyyy better!

    Now

The chocolate cookies were a little more difficult for me.. I tried melting the chocolate in the microwave and it didn’t go so well I ALWAYS have trouble melting chocolate 😭 .. I winged it with these cookies and to my amazement they actually turned out great!

  6. Really love the avocado in the recipe ! I have been inspired to start a cooking Channel as well – The Recipe Therapist! Love sharing and helping people in the kitchen ! I also feature keto – GF and Paleo too ! By the way I made and shared your Cauliflower Crust Pizza on my Channel too ! Keep up the great work ❤️👩🏼‍🍳🥰 Hugs 🤗Celene
