5-Ingredient Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Bites 🍫❄️ | Healthy Treat

Ingredients :
– 1 cup (lactose-free) full-fat Greek yogurt (240 ml / 250g)
– 3 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter (I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts)
– 2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
– 1 – 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste

Topping:
– 100 g / 3.5 oz. 70-80% dark chocolate
optional: 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Method :
– 1. Mix the yogurt, peanut butter, cacao powder and maple syrup together
– 2. Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper
– 3. Freeze for 1 1/2 – 2 hours
– 4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave (with the coconut oil). Dip the bites in the melted chocolate. Tips for dipping the bites: 1. Make sure that the bites are fully frozen before dipping 2. Let the chocolate cool down for a few minutes before dipping. 3. Dip the bites quickly because the chocolate sets very fast. Melt the chocolate again if it starts to set in the bowl
– 5. Store in an air-tight container in the freezer. Let defrost for about 15-20 minutes before serving
