This recipe makes about 8 cake pops:
1/3 cup Greek yogurt or a plantbased alternative (80 ml)
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup almond flour (180 ml)
1/3 cup (gluten-free) oat flour (80 ml)
1 teaspoon gingerbread spice (1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, pinch of ground cloves & pinch of ground cardamom)
•
Topping:
3.5 oz. / 100 g 70-80% dark chocolate, melted
1 piece of white chocolate, melted
•
1. Mix the wet ingredients together
2. Add the dry ingredients and stir to combine
3. Roll into balls. Make bigger balls for the middle body, medium ones for the head and mini ones for arms and legs
4. Dip the tip of each cake pop stick into the chocolate, then stick in the big cake balls, dip the tip of the sticks again and add the medium balls on top. Dip the edge of the mini ones in melted dark chocolate and press to the big cake ball to make arms and legs
5. Let set in the freezer for 1 hour
6. Dip in melted dark chocolate (the more chocolate you melt, the easier the dipping process is. You could also pour the chocolate on top the cake pops)
7. Use white chocolate to make the eyes, mouth & buttons
8. Store in the fridge

Reading the comments this is literally the first time i learned yogurt is a Turkish word and that there is no such thing as Greek yogurt. You learn something new everyday. However, they don't sell Turkish yogurt here. It's plain yogurt or Greek yogurt. I'm assuming she's where i am bc the ingredients made sense to me.
