Ingredients:
1 Egg.
1 Egg yolk.
3 tbsp Sugar.
2 tbsp Flour.
1 stick unsalted Butter.
3 ounces semi-sweet
Cooking Spray.
Cocoa powder.

Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Lightly spray 2 ramekins with cooking spray and
dust with cocoa powder.
Using a hand mixer, beat the egg, egg yolk, and sugar together. Beat until light in color.
Add flour and stir using a rubber spatula.
Melt the butter and chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water.
Stir occasionally, until smooth. Slowly add the chocolate mixture to the batter. Make sure the egg won’t scrabble. Stir continuously.
Divide the batter between 2 prepared ramekins. Bake the cakes until the edges are slightly puffed. Bake for 12 minutes.
Remove the cakes from the oven and let rest for a minute. Run a paring knife around each ramekin. Invert each cake onto a plate. Enjoy.
