TODAY’S RECIPE IS Chocolate Mousse Recipe | The Best Chocolate Dessert Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Sugar 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Pinch of salt
Milk 1 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Keep stirring
Cook on medium flame
Cook for 10-12 mins
Thick consistency
Let it cool down (during cooling stir continuously)
Whipping cream 1/2 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Beat until stiff peaks
Prepared chocolate syrup
Grated chocolate
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serve
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
