Chocolate Peanut Butter Yogurt Bites 🍫🥜 | Healthy Dessert #recipe #healthyfood



These frozen bites are part of my healthy dessert series — super simple to make, rich, creamy, and incredibly satisfying.

Ingredients
– 1 cup lactose-free Greek yogurt (240 ml)
– 3 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter
– 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey if preferred)

Chocolate Coating
– 100 g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate (80%)
– Optional: 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Method
– Stir the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
– Spoon small portions onto a parchment-lined plate.
– Freeze for 1½–2 hours until firm.
– Melt the dark chocolate (add coconut oil if using) and let it cool slightly.
-Dip each bite until fully coated, then return to the freezer.
– Store frozen and let soften for about 15 minutes before eating.

  2. Looks great!🔥 I’m sure it hits the right spot! I’ll have to dive in and try it! Makes for great substitutions with nuts; yogurt flavors and nut butters! Who ever dreamed that such a simple, healthy dish without excessive amounts of sugar, salt or seed oils or high fructoses corn syrup could be whipped up in seconds taught to the kids and have them make it for you whenever they wanted it for a quick snake or dessert?!😂❤
