1 cup 2% Milk
1tsp sweetener
1tbsp zero sugar pudding mix
1 scoop Dutch chocolate protein by legion(Link in bio)
1 tbsp philly cream cheese
For all recipes assemble the protein base, mix,freeze 8-24 hours
Take out and let sit for 10 mins, For better results use ice blend mode then hit it with a re spin take out, add toppings then add it back to your blender and use the mix in mode.
