Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Warm water 1 Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 3 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 Cups
-Milk powder 2 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Chocolate spread as required
-Anda (Egg) whisked 1
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) as required

Directions:
-In a bowl,add warm water,caster sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it proof for 5 minutes.
-Add half quantity of all-purpose flour & mix well until gluten forms.
-Add remaining quantity of all-purpose flour,milk powder,pink salt,cooking oil,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour or until double in size at warm place.
-Knead dough again until smooth & divide the dough in three portions.
-Take one portion & make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out into a rectangular shape with the help of rolling pin.
-Spread chocolate spread on rolled dough & flip one end over the other.
-Using a sharp knife,cut the dough lengthwise into strips,leaving about 1 inch of uncut dough at the top.
-Twist each strip of dough separately than roll the dough to create a twisted effect.
-Place the bread in a 2.5×6-inch paper box lined with baking paper.
-Cover with kitchen towel & let it proof for 30 minutes.
-Apply egg wash & sprinkle caster sugar.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 15-17 minutes (makes 3 bread).

-Bowl mein warm water,bareek cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 5 minute proof hunay kliya chor dein.
-Maida ki half quantity dal dein aur gluten form ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Maida ki remaining quantity,milk powder,pink salt aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix katein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 1 hour garam jagha per rakh dein.
-Dough ko smooth ho janay tak dubara ghond lein aur three portions mein divide ker lein.
-Ek portion la ker ball bana lein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa rectangular shape mein bail lein.
-Chocolate spread ko rolled dough per dal ker pheela lein aur ek side ko flip ker lein.
-Sharp knife ki madad sa dough ko lengthwise strips mein cut ker lein aur 1-inch dough ko uncut chor dein.
-Each strip ko twist ker lein phir dough ko pura twist ker lein.
-Bread ko 2.5×6-inch paper box lined with baking paper mein rakh dein.
-Kitchen towel sa cover ker ka 30-minute proof hunay kliya chor dein.
-Anda laga lein aur bareek cheeni chirak dein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 15-17 minutes kliya bake ker lein (makes 3 bread).
