  1. This was really good. I find if I put the spinach and milk in first and blend for a little the spinach blends good. I hope this is ok I added 2 Tbsp. hemp seed and some yogurt. I wanted this smoothie for a meal replacement and needed the protein.

  2. Boughy and started your plan months ago. Did the flush and 10 day plan. I now eat dinner with hubby buy incorporate the vegs or salad in the plan. Other 2 meals i try to eat with the plan in mind. Am down over 9kg. Still have some more to lose but feeling great. Try to exercise at 3xs a wk at least. Thank you.
