Ingredients:-
1. Buffoalo Meat – 1 1/4 Kg
2. Kasmiri Chilli Powder – 4 tbs (Heaped)
3. Pepper Powder – 1 1/2 tbs
4. Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
5. Fennel Seeds – 2 tbs
6. Star Anise – 2 nos.
7. Cinnamon – 2 Pieces
8. Cardomon – 4 nos.
9. Cloves – 4 nos.
10. Salt – According to Taste
11. Vinegar – 2 tbs
12. Water – 2 Cups
13.Ginger – 6 tbs (Finely Chopped)
14. Garlic 6 tbs (Finely Chopped)
15. Small Onion – 200 to 250 gms
16. Coconut Oil – 1/2 Cup
17. One Whole Coconut – Small Pieces
18. Mustard Seeds – 1 tbs
19. Curry Leaves.
