Chuck Roast Smoked on a Rotisserie For Some Juicy Pulled Beef!

Chuck Roast Smoked on a Rotisserie For Some Juicy Pulled Beef! Today on Man Kitchen Recipes, we’re firing up the Recteq Bullseye 380 pellet grill with the OnlyFire rotisserie attachment and smoking up two beef chuck roasts for the most flavorful pulled beef you’ll ever try.

For this cook, I also tested the MeatStick V WiFi-capable wireless thermometer in the larger beef chuck roast and the MeatStick Chef X in the smaller chuck roast from @Themeatstick Both performed flawlessly and gave me real-time monitoring from anywhere.

I ran the Bullseye pellet grill at 250°F for 5.5 hours until the beef chuck hit the stall at 160°F, then wrapped with beef broth to finish at 200°F. After a 30-minute rest, the beef chuck roasts shredded perfectly into tender, smoky, juicy pulled beef.

🔥 Whether you’re looking for a new way to make pulled beef, or you’re curious how the MeatStick performs in a long cook — this video has you covered.

  1. Hi Kevin! First off, those chuck roasts look absolutely mouthwatering 🔥👏

About the connection: even though your MeatStick Chef set doesn't have built-in WiFi, it stayed connected from the parking lot because of your MeatStick V base. The V base acts as a WiFi extender and can support up to 8 probes, including older models like the MeatStick Chef and MeatStick 4, as long as they're charged and activated from their own base.

So in this case, your MeatStick V base picked up the signal from your Chef probe and relayed it, giving you that solid connection throughout the cook. Super useful feature if you’ve got multiple probes!

  2. Wow, this pulled beef looks absolutely mouthwatering! 😍 I love how detailed your process is—from the rotisserie setup to the low-and-slow smoking technique. The tips about using the MeatStick thermometers are super helpful too, especially for achieving that perfect, tender texture. Definitely adding this to my list of BBQ experiments!

  3. Heading out and about with Kevin. That’s fun! Double rotisserie is so cool. I really need a better rotisserie set up. Meat stick has got some cool technology. Chuck roasts look amazing! Thanks for sharing Kevin. Loved it! ✌🏼😀

  4. those darn double stalls are brutal. Made the right choice by letting it braise. I wonder if wrapping it in foil on the rotisserie would have also helped it get past it? anyways, great pulled beef, so many ways to enjoy it

  5. The chuck roast looks so delicious Kevin. Has a nice smoke ring and tender. I would really like having a rotisserie on my pellet grill. You know that I have a Lexington and there’s no way it would work. Maybe it’s time to look for a pellet grill that I can use a rotisserie. Have a wonderful week brother and take care.
