CINNAMON BRIOCHE LOAF! Delicious Hand Kneaded Braided Cinnamon Brioche Bread Recipe



Let’s make Cinnamon Brioche Bread Loaf ♥

INGREDIENTS
Loaf Pan: 22.8 x 12.7 cm (9 x 5 inch)
Preheated Oven: 190°C (375°F)
Baking Time: 20 to 22 minutes

~Brioche Dough~
350 g (2 3/4 cups) All Purpose Flour
7 g (2 1/4 tsp) Instant Dry Yeast
50 g (1/4 tsp) Sugar
3 g (1/2 tsp) Salt
3 lrg. Eggs
59 ml (1/4 cup) Milk, lukewarm
5 ml (1 tsp) Vanilla Extract
185 g (6.5 oz) Unsalted Butter

*Slap and fold dough until supple. The feel of the dough should be somewhat tacky but not sticky. Do a windowpane test to see if the dough is kneaded properly. If it tears, continue to knead, or slap and fold, until you can stretch the dough thin enough to let light pass through it without breaking/tearing.
*Proof for 1 hour or until doubled in size

~Cinnamon Filling~
60 g (3 tbsp) Unsalted Butter
150 g (3/4 cup) Brown Sugar
12 g (1 1/2 tbsp) Cinnamon Powder

Egg Wash (1 Egg + 1 tbsp Water)

*Final rise for 30 to 40 minutes.
*Bake at a preheated 190°C (375°F) oven for 20 to 22 minutes.
