When fried ice cream meets the air fryer 🍧✨

Ingredients:

1 pint vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup flour
2 large eggs
2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch (crushed)
Oil spray (any kind will work, I used avocado oil)
Chocolate sauce (optional)
Whipped cream (optional)

Directions:

1. Scoop ice cream into balls and freeze 1 hour (3 balls per pint of ice cream)
2. Roll ice cream into flour, egg wash, and then crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch
3. Repeat step 2, placing the ice cream balls into the freezer as needed
4. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight
5. Place ice cream ball onto a small piece of tin foil and lightly spray with oil
6. Air fry 3-5 minutes at 375°
7. Top with chocolate sauce and whipped cream
