top pith taker.
Who the hell measures zest?
I'm confused. You recommend a rasp or veggie peeler; yet in the thumbnail you're using something else.??
You should get a medal for use of the word zest in a single video. I keep hearing zest in my head. 👍😂
I took your advice on those bets and won big. Thanks!
Don't pack your zest into a measuring spoon – measure it by weight instead, it's far more accurate.
Great tips– and thank you for the peeler recommendation! In my cart now!
"Vegetable," not "veggie." (Pet peeve.) I'd like to see a demo of what kind of peeler is best for this.
Awesome tips, thanks!!!
I love this guy! Keep up the great work!
hey what about using a scale for "a more accurate measure"? You're welcome. Signed: any European. Lol at using spoons for fine measurements.
This video was light and zesty
I always have trouble zesting and feel stupid for it. Every time I zest I feel as if most of it gets stuck in the grater. Am I doing it wrong or is it normal?
Thanks, these videos are so informative.
Regarding your video on seasoning properly, should zest be added towards the beginning or end of cooking?
Danny baby, you look so zesty in that dark blue 😍
I really like this series, the short videos give you exactly the information that you need. In this case there wasn't anything that I didn't already know, but often I pick up an additional bit of information. Someone else pointed out that it would be nice to see the person presenting the video do the thing while explaining it, and I see that point of view. For a novice cook it might be helpful to see an example while the explanation is being made.
Good tips. It's just not citrus season right now in Florida. Last time i made a lemon cake i used lemon zest and zest and more zest. It never gave it that nice punch of lemon flavor i was looking for. I ended up making lemon curd to go between the layers so it would taste lemony.
A demonstration would have been nice for the various tools.
Hey stroke face
EXCELLENT TIPS !
I can't tell if it's my lack of experience but these 1 minute or so videos are very informative to me and get straight to the point.
Your awesome
Zestfully clean. Zestfully clean. You're not fully clean unless you're zestfully clean.
I hate zest. Horrible texture.
…I hate these, so much…a cooking demo with literally NO COOKING, just a guy describing with pictures from wikipedia…
