  1. I really like this series, the short videos give you exactly the information that you need. In this case there wasn't anything that I didn't already know, but often I pick up an additional bit of information. Someone else pointed out that it would be nice to see the person presenting the video do the thing while explaining it, and I see that point of view. For a novice cook it might be helpful to see an example while the explanation is being made.

  2. Good tips. It's just not citrus season right now in Florida. Last time i made a lemon cake i used lemon zest and zest and more zest. It never gave it that nice punch of lemon flavor i was looking for. I ended up making lemon curd to go between the layers so it would taste lemony.
