Good morning! We’d love to hear from you, what type of recipes would you be most excited to see in 2026? Leave a comment!
This is our new obsession. SO GOOD!
i made these today!! they are SO good and so tender
Dollar tree sells muffin tins that make only 6 muffins if that is helpful for anyone
For anyone who watches TSITP this is a pretty big Deal
I make something similar but after dipping in butter and cinnamon sugar, I put the muffins in an air fryer for 5-8 mins. They get really crispy on the outside!
I made these over the weekend and they were a HUGE hit. Thank you! I think I might try them in mini muffin tins next time to make the experience a little more like a true donut hole experience.
Aren’t these French breakfast puffs? That’s what my mom called them 40 years ago. ❤
They should be called butter bombs, there's way too much butter. There's two sticks of butter in the muffins and then you dunk it in two more sticks of butter…how do you store these, everything was covered in butter. The muffins themselves are amazing, tender, well spiced, just amazing. I'm gonna try them again with a much lighter hand on the coating.
Cinnamon pull aparts !
Just another one of Connie-baby’s green flags are these Dirt Bombs. These look amazing
Very good recipe!!!! It looks delicious 😋😋
These were very yummy! Will bake again. 😊
Mine burned 😭😭😭😭😭
My brother and I were just talking about these. I’ve made them before for his birthday. We are planning to make them for Thanksgiving. Sooooo good
Martha Stewart had a similar recipe. The muffins didn't have nutmeg but you brushed melted butter on them and rolled/shook them with cinnamon sugar. They were really good.
What changes would be needed to make these in a mini-muffin pan?
Ummm yummerz
brilliant
I really love Claire and her recipes a ton, but I can’t stand made-in any longer. Her incessant paid love of these pans and the fact that they inundated my social media and email, etc. caused me to unsubscribe and stop watching. I am so sick of my entire life being an advertisement…
I actually switched to Kerrygold maybe five years ago because I saw you using it all the time. I'm glad they're sponsoring you now!
We call these French Breakfast Puffs and have been making them for Christmas morning for almost 60 years. I think they are a recipe from the old Betty Crocker cookbooks.
My Mom made these but called them doughnut muffins. I still bake them and everyone loves them !
I've baked before (with grams/weighing) but this is the first time I'm trying a Claire recipe and I just noticed she doesn't provide metric measurements 😅
So I'd appreciate it if the team can also add the weight of some of the "bulk" ingredients (like sugar, butter, sour cream…) as "sticks" of butter isn't really common here. And what cup do I use for the sour cream, the liquid cup or the same flour cup 😅
