I like to cook fun things from time to time, and I just made this recipe tonight for my GF. She said it was the best thing I have ever made! Thank you!!
Love your recipes/show/sense of humor! What kind of Wok are you using? Thanks!
I cooked with a wok for the first time tonight, and this was the dish I went with! I used asparagus and mushrooms instead of broccoli and carrots, as that's what I had on hand, and it was absolutely delicious! My fiance and I were blown away! Thanks so much! Have a haul of staples from the local Asian market, and can't wait to dive into your other videos!
I love this so funny 😂😂😂😂 and yummy 🔥🔥
excellent video
hi guys, love your content.
i counter a problem with the beef when i start to bake, it smells like amonia :s could it be of the baking soda? thx in advance.
As much as I tried to follow the recipe my broccoli came out mushi but I'm glad I tried something new I shall try it again. Thank you for this 😂
I made this beef and broccoli (along with Aaron and Claire’s fried rice) last night for a dinner with friends and it came out amazing! It truly hit the craving spot for all of us who were in the mood for an authentic Asian dish. Thank you for this and all of your delicious recipes. I can’t wait to make more!
I made this particular recipe tonight, and it's a keeper. Delicious and tasty. I substituted shaoxing wine with sake, and it worked. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
Made it tonight, it was really good!
can i have the ingredience plz
You make great videos, but I wish that you would add the text for your recipe in the video description.
Your editing is brilliant. I had to rewatch, I was too focused on your happy voice 😊
This was amazing ! I used saké instead of the Chinese wine, and improved it with some fresh noodles and extra vegetables. I must say the sauce coats fresh noodles extremely well !!
cheers
Thank you Aaron that's what I'm going to make today with white rice. 😊😋🫰
I love beef and broccoli
Cute video
You are a delight to watch. Thank you!

It was perfect!
Great video!
Aaron, I just made this dish and it was excellent!!! Thank you
Did this one and can say tasted better than others I have tried, highly recommended!
This looks excellent!
I have to say the beef was perfect and I enjoyed the carrots the most. Thank you for the explanation of “how and why” to cook it that way!
You threw away the best part of the broccoli.
Just made this. If anything, it's TOO good – my extra effort with the carrot went completely unnoticed. I couldn't get the same cut of beef but used rib eye and it was delicious. Thank you!
👩🍳🥦🥩🥓🥕🍳I really like my broc and carrot cooked much longer, for my max flavor🍽
I made this tonight with a couple tweaks. I had matchstick carrots and snow peas. I like mine a little saucier, so did 1.5 times for the sauce ingredients. So good! Love your cooking videos! Thanks 👍
Can i marinate more than 15 min? Or this is the minimum? Ive never used baking soda so i don't know if this does anything to meat texture thats why i ask. Or else i know 24 hr marinate is ok.
