A smoothie that tastes like chocolate milk but is extremely nutritious for children who do not wake up very hungry in the morning and don’t want to eat eggs as soon as they get up.
I sometimes add a little flaxseed or chia as well.
It keeps you full because it contains oats and bananas. 😉

1 glass Milk
1 tablespoon Oats
1 teaspoon Cocoa
1 teaspoon Peanut/ Almond Butter
1 tablespoon Honey / Molasses (or 2 Dates)
1 small frozen Banana
