Coconut Milk Pudding
Ingredients

Grated Coconut – 1 cup
Fresh cream – 200 ml
Sugar – 1/4 cup
China Grass
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 Tsp
Corn flour – 3 Tsp
Water

Method:
1. Add freshly grated coconut to juicer and extract thick coconut milk. Keep it aside.
2. To a saucepan, heat some water. To this add china grass.
3. Once china grass dissolves, keep it aside.
4. To another saucepan, add fresh cream, sugar and whisk.
5. Once the sugar dissolves, add dissolved china grass.
6. To this add vanilla essence and corn flour slurry.
7. Whisk until the mixture thickens.
8. Turn off the stove and add coconut milk.
9. Turn on the stove, and continue to whisk until the mixture thickens to a pudding consistency.
10. Pour the coconut milk pudding to individual serving cups.
11. Refridgrate it for 4 hours before serving.
12. Super Delicious coconut milk pudding is ready to be served.
